One ADDITIVA® Magnesium 375 mg + vitamin B complex + Vitamin C effervescent tablet (six grams) contains all eight B vitamins in the following amounts:
- 1.1 mg vitamin B1 (thiamine)
- 1.4 mg vitamin B2 (riboflavin)
- 16 mg NE vitamin B3 (niacin)
- 6 mg vitamin B5 (pantothenic acid)
- 1.4 mg vitamin B6 (pyridoxine)
- 50 µg vitamin B7 (biotin)
- 200 µg vitamin B9 (folic acid)
- 2.5 µg vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin)
One effervescent tablet also contains 375 mg magnesium and 80 mg vitamin C (ascorbic acid).
