Vitamin and mineral combination

ADDITIVA® Superform contains 13 different vitamins, including the essential B vitamins, vitamin D, and biotin. It also contains eight different minerals, including iodine, calcium, and phosphorus.

Other ingredients

Other elements of the ADDITIVA® Superform tablet are fillers, separating agents, colorants E171 and E172, lactose, the coating agent hydroxypropylcellulose and fractionated coconut oil.

  • 400 µg RE vitamin A
  • 1.1 mg vitamin B1

  • 6 mg vitamin B5 (pantothenic acid)
  • 1.4 mg vitamin B6
  • 200 µg vitamin B9 (folic acid)
  • 50 µg vitamin B7 (biotin)
  • 2.5 µg vitamin B12
  • 80 mg vitamin C
  • 5 µg vitamin D3
  • 12 mg α-TE vitamin E
  • 75 µg vitamin K

In addition, one tablet contains eight minerals in the following amounts:

  • 200 mg calcium
  • 155 mg phosphorus
